The apartment on the fourth floor and attic of an apartment building in Ilioupolis gives the feeling of a small detached house with a garden. It was designed in 1979 and built between 1980 and 1982 by architect Pantelis Cherouveim, who still lives there today.
Its architecture draws inspiration from the interwar house where he was born and grew up, with its courtyard and rooms arranged around it, reinterpreted through a contemporary -and for its time pioneering- architectural approach.
