The UNIC Medical School in Athens redefines the former Olympic Airways data centre and office building, transforming a landmark structure of the Ellinikon area. The project by buerger katsota architects converts this building—an echo of the aviation era—into innovative educational facilities.
The design, construction, and operational setup were completed in less than 20 months, in November 2025, upgrading the 1980s building to meet contemporary international standards. This architectural transformation enabled the “rebirth” of the structure as the new home of the University of Nicosia Medical School.
