A single-storey house from the 1950s in Athens was renovated in 2025 by architect Anna Delgiado of Architectural Bureau 11, with the assistance of Olga Kuzmina. Aiming to preserve its early Athenian Modernist character while adapting it to contemporary living needs, the project highlights the building’s typical architectural details, while a perforated terracotta façade acts as a filter providing shade and privacy.
