A 54 sq.m. apartment from the 1960s was renovated in 2023 by the architect K. Varvitsiotis and his studio, archiKVlture_, to accommodate both the architect’s living space and workshop. The project aimed to create a flexible, multifunctional open plan that introduces natural light into the darker rear areas of the apartment, while remaining within a limited budget.
