At Kotzia Square, a former bank building was transformed into contemporary offices for Campeón Gaming by ARCHI4M between 2024–2025. The new design opens the space to natural light, removing its former inward-looking character and creating a functional, open environment across three levels.
The ground floor is organized around circulation flows, open-plan workspaces, and collaborative hubs. The upper floor offers privacy while maintaining transparency, while the basement takes on a social character with meeting areas and a strong spatial identity. The result is a working environment that fosters collaboration and reflects the company’s dynamic philosophy.
