At the top of Ardettos Hill, a 1974 apartment building is transformed into a contemporary example of sustainable urban living in the heart of Athens. The renovation, carried out between 2022 and 2024 by ASAA Designs (Aristeides Sevntalis Architects & Associates) in collaboration with owner Vasilis Kouvas, reimagines two apartments within the existing shell: a spacious family residence on the fourth floor and a flexible loft designed for either short-term stays or permanent living.
Framed by panoramic 360° views from the Acropolis and Mount Lycabettus to Hymettus and the Saronic Gulf, the design employs white tones and natural wood, redefining contemporary Athenian living.
