The office space of the digital marketing company Relevance extends across three floors of 600 sq.m. each, located in the center of Athens with views toward Syntagma Square. Designed by lowfat architecture, the project aims to create a contemporary and flexible working environment that enhances transparency, collaboration, and the team’s overall efficiency.
The existing shell consists of an open-plan layout with exposed reinforced concrete structural elements and polished cement screed floors, preserving aspects of the industrial character introduced in a previous renovation by Apostolakos Architects.
The design approach is based on light interventions that make use of the existing structure while adapting the space to the company’s evolving needs. Plants are functionally integrated into the design, contributing both to spatial organization and improved working conditions. At the same time, the selection and design of custom furnishings introduce subtle variations in color and texture, creating a cohesive environment. The result is a contemporary workspace that balances the building’s original character with a warmer and more functional everyday experience.
