In 2017, the architect Agis Mourelatos renovated two adjacent but separate ground floor shops of an old Athenian apartment building, converting them into two modular, small-scale constructions independent of the existing structural system. The project was nominated as “The best first project of a newcomer architect (2013-2017)”.
