In the historic 1968 building, ZOIA —owner and co-creator of the project— collaborates with Urban Soul Project to bring to life, in 2026, a contemporary residential complex that meaningfully upgrades the urban living experience. Drawing from the existing façade elements, the architectural proposal is organized into three zones (base, body, and crown) giving the building a new, clear identity.
Bright and ergonomic living spaces, combined with refined details, offer comfort, functionality, and high aesthetic quality. A landmark building is thus transformed into a new contemporary living environment for the city.
