A full floor apartment in a late 1950s building in Patissia becomes the subject of a renovation that balances memory and renewal. KAN atelier preserves the residence’s original character while reconfiguring its circulation around a central kitchen, creating a gentle loop that links living areas and bedrooms. Existing terrazzo, timber floors, and joinery are restored and revealed, allowing their patina to converse with new elements in stone, marble, wood, and glass. All phases of the project were completed in 2025.
