Akron Aoton is a ceramics studio that combines handmade craft with influences from Japanese aesthetics. Through experimentation with different firing techniques, such as raku and reduction firing, and the development of handmade glazes, each object acquires its own unique character, revealing the beauty of the unpredictable.

The studio has been active since 2016. K. Karnakis and A. Damalidou combine production, commissions, and ceramics classes, shaping an open environment for making and creative exchange.
