Parallel event

For the 11th consecutive year, Vakalo Art & Design College actively supports the organization of Open House Athens and offers another full scholarship for studies in the postgraduate program of Architectural Design, accredited by the state British University of Derby, leading to the award of an MA in Architectural Design.
The scholarship is offered as part of the parallel events of Open House Athens 2026. It concerns the 2026–27 academic year, covers the full tuition cost (valued at €8,250), and will be awarded to the individual who ranks first in the “Open Your Portfolio” competition on the theme of a “comprehensive portfolio,” following evaluation by a committee composed of two members from Vakalo School and one member of the OPEN HOUSE Athens organizing committee.
The works to be included in the portfolio must showcase the creator’s specialties and design skills in one or more of the following areas: Architecture, Interior Design, Hotel Design, Product Design, Spatial Design, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Lighting, Set Design & Costume Design. The works may have been realized within the framework of an educational activity.
