A former early-20th-century royal residence in Kifissia, owned by Hellenic Properties, was reimagined as a contemporary residential complex by 1architects. The intervention preserves the character of the historic shell while introducing refined contemporary additions, culminating in the penthouse and its generous outdoor terraces. The project received European Property Awards for Best Apartment Development and Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment, and today operates as The Heritage, offering a new model of high-quality urban living in Athens’ northern suburbs.
