The renovation of this first-floor apartment by the architectural firm DeMachinas goes beyond modernizing the residence, extending to the exploration of a structurally unfinished building designed in 1970 following the principles of the Modernism. The goal was to reveal the structural shell and create a flexible living space. Three functional elements organize the space: a circular kitchen counter, a rectangular storage volume, and a rotating cross that both separates and connects different areas.
