A 1960s office building that once housed the newspaper “Apogevmatini” and remained vacant the last years, is being transformed into a residential building in 2025 by the architectural firm Deda & Architects. The building combines contemporary aesthetics with functionality, offering residents a harmonious blend of comfort and a refined urban lifestyle.
